Every item at CuteCreatures.shop is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items, wrong sizes, or change of mind.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund.
Please note: We currently ship orders only within the United States.
How to request a replacement or refund
- Email support@cutecreatures.shop within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (and packaging if possible).
- Once verified, we’ll arrange either a replacement or a refund, according to your preference.
Processing time
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Replacements are shipped at no additional cost.
Lost packages
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full.
Please note:
- Returns for “change of mind,” wrong size, or buyer error are not supported.
- Because each product is custom printed, we cannot re-stock or resell returned items.
